China Food and Catering Expo 2026

The China Food and Catering Expo has become a connecting platform for the entire food-industry chain and an effective venue for corporate brand promotion and channel building, the first exhibition in China's domestic food-trade sector. It creates professional exhibition zones such as coffee, wine, tea, baking, nutrition and food.

Dates: 18–20 September 2026. City: Changsha. Venue: Changsha International Convention & Exhibition Centre. Dates are set by the organizer and can be revised, so check them against the official source before booking travel.

Sectors: Food & Beverages, Coffee, Tea & Chocolate, Food Equipment, Bakery & Confectionery. The organizer publishes the full list of halls and the exhibitor line-up closer to the dates.

Most stands work in Chinese and only some teams speak English. We arrange a Chinese interpreter in Changsha: at the stands, in supplier negotiations and on factory visits.

Hotels near the venue sell out months ahead, so start planning well before 18–20 September 2026. Entry requires a visa: we explain the document requirements, and the Chinese consulate decides on issuance.
