About the Exhibition

With the safe and efficient development of nuclear power and the 'going out' of nuclear energy as a national strategy, China's nuclear-power brand has joined the world's leading nuclear phalanx and entered a golden age of development. As a vital part of the nuclear-power chain, China's nuclear-power equipment manufacturing capacity now ranks first in the world and can meet the needs of more than 8 newly built units a year — reflecting how industrialization, localization and autonomy have greatly improved the sector and transformed the whole industry. Equipment is an important pillar of nuclear-power development, yet bottlenecks remain in technical capability, manufacturing levels and product stability. The China International Nuclear Power Equipment Exhibition in Beijing showcases the achievements of China's nuclear-power equipment industry, building communication and service platforms and exploring development opportunities across the chain — from nuclear and conventional islands to nuclear materials, power transmission and conversion, design, construction, operation and management, hardware and software, and nuclear safety and public acceptance. More than 20 countries and regions — including France, Germany, the UK, Finland, Italy, Russia, South Korea, Spain, the Netherlands, Ukraine and Japan — and around 500 domestic enterprises and research institutes take part, comprehensively presenting the latest nuclear-power equipment and nuclear-technology applications.
