China Stationery Fair 2026

The China Stationery Fair is a professional trade platform for stationery, office and cultural products in the Asia-Pacific region. It has become Asia's most influential and engaging interactive stationery event and a prime opportunity for manufacturers to develop the Chinese stationery market.

Dates: 26–28 June 2026. City: Shanghai. Venue: Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Dates are set by the organizer and can be revised, so check them against the official source before booking travel.

Sectors: Education & Science. The organizer publishes the full list of halls and the exhibitor line-up closer to the dates.

Most stands work in Chinese and only some teams speak English. We arrange a Chinese interpreter in Shanghai: at the stands, in supplier negotiations and on factory visits.

Hotels near the venue sell out months ahead, so start planning well before 26–28 June 2026. Entry requires a visa: we explain the document requirements, and the Chinese consulate decides on issuance.
