EP Shanghai 2026

The EP exhibition, founded in 1986, is organized by the China Electricity Council with Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd and the full support of all major power companies and grid corporations.

Dates: 3–5 December 2026. City: Shanghai. Venue: Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Dates are set by the organizer and can be revised, so check them against the official source before booking travel.

Sectors: Electronics. The organizer publishes the full list of halls and the exhibitor line-up closer to the dates.

Most stands work in Chinese and only some teams speak English. We arrange a Chinese interpreter in Shanghai: at the stands, in supplier negotiations and on factory visits.

Hotels near the venue sell out months ahead, so start planning well before 3–5 December 2026. Entry requires an M business visa: we handle it end to end in 10-14 days, including the invitation for the fair, without you visiting a consulate.
