About the Exhibition
Food Ingredients China (FIC) is one of the largest and most professional exhibitions for food additives and ingredients. Held annually, it covers all areas of the food industry — new foods and ingredients, natural and functional ingredients, food packaging materials and equipment, and test equipment and methods. FIC brings together over 1,500 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises from 33 countries and regions presenting their latest achievements in food additives and ingredients, divided into five specific exhibition zones across a total of 140,000 sq m — making it the world's leading show of its kind. As FIC develops healthily and sustainably, more international peers participate; the organizers continue to enhance promotion and on-site service, optimize the website exhibitor system and registration, expand English-language promotion in international industry media, and improve information-interaction features to keep raising FIC's international level.

Food Ingredients China (FIC) is one of the largest and most professional exhibitions for food additives and ingredients. Held annually, it covers all areas of the food industry, new foods and ingredients, natural and functional ingredients, food packaging materials and equipment, and test equipment and methods.
Dates: 17–19 March 2027. City: Shanghai. Venue: National Exhibition and Convention Center Shanghai (NECC). Dates are set by the organizer and can be revised, so check them against the official source before booking travel.

Most stands work in Chinese and only some teams speak English. We arrange a Chinese interpreter in Shanghai: at the stands, in supplier negotiations and on factory visits.
Hotels near the venue sell out months ahead, so start planning well before 17–19 March 2027. Entry requires a visa: we explain the document requirements, and the Chinese consulate decides on issuance.
