About the Exhibition

Food Ingredients China (FIC) is one of the largest and most professional exhibitions for food additives and ingredients. Held annually, it covers all areas of the food industry — new foods and ingredients, natural and functional ingredients, food packaging materials and equipment, and test equipment and methods. FIC brings together over 1,500 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises from 33 countries and regions presenting their latest achievements in food additives and ingredients, divided into five specific exhibition zones across a total of 140,000 sq m — making it the world's leading show of its kind.
