Quality Lifestyle & Property Expo 2026

Quality Lifestyle & Property Expo (QLP) is the largest and most prestigious overseas real-estate and investment exhibition in South China, presenting projects from the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, Singapore, Spain, Greece, Cyprus and over 30 countries and regions.

Dates: 26–28 June 2026. City: Guangzhou. Venue: Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Dates are set by the organizer and can be revised, so check them against the official source before booking travel.

Sectors: Real Estate. The organizer publishes the full list of halls and the exhibitor line-up closer to the dates.

Most stands work in Chinese and only some teams speak English. We arrange a Chinese interpreter in Guangzhou: at the stands, in supplier negotiations and on factory visits.

Hotels near the venue sell out months ahead, so start planning well before 26–28 June 2026. Entry requires a visa: we explain the document requirements, and the Chinese consulate decides on issuance.
