HOTELEX Guangzhou 2027

HOTELEX Guangzhou (the Guangzhou International Hospitality Equipment & Supply Expo) is an international exhibition of modern hospitality technologies and equipment. Main sections: bakery and ice-cream equipment supplies, textiles and tableware.

Dates: 2–4 July 2027. City: Guangzhou. Venue: Poly World Trade Center Expo. Dates are set by the organizer and can be revised, so check them against the official source before booking travel.

Sectors: Hotels & Restaurants. The organizer publishes the full list of halls and the exhibitor line-up closer to the dates.

Most stands work in Chinese and only some teams speak English. We arrange a Chinese interpreter in Guangzhou: at the stands, in supplier negotiations and on factory visits.

Hotels near the venue sell out months ahead, so start planning well before 2–4 July 2027. Entry requires an M business visa: we handle it end to end in 10-14 days, including the invitation for the fair, without you visiting a consulate.
