About the Exhibition
The China International Ice Cream Industry Exhibition is a large-scale event where world-famous companies present a wide range of ice cream, raw materials and ingredients, plus modern ice-cream production equipment and packaging materials. Key products include equipment for producing and storing ice cream and cold drinks, ice-cream makers, ice generators, automatic cutting equipment, filling and quick-freezing machines; automatic packaging machines, waffle-cone moulds, ice-cream tableware machines and decorating equipment; flavourings, food additives, dairy stabilizers, natural colours, sweeteners, lactic-acid bacteria, condensed milk, protein, soy, potato and fruit powders, cream, cheese, chocolate, coffee, dried fruit, nuts and fat substitutes; logistics equipment, refrigerated vehicles and cabinets; trademark-printing machines; disinfectants and grinding machines; and baking equipment.
