Intermodal Asia 2027

Intermodal Asia in Shanghai is a leading exhibition for the transport and container industry, bringing together the sector's major suppliers and service providers. It is an ideal venue for participants and visitors to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones.

Dates: 21–23 April 2027. City: Shanghai. Venue: Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. Dates are set by the organizer and can be revised, so check them against the official source before booking travel.

Sectors: Transport & Logistics, Urban Infrastructure. The organizer publishes the full list of halls and the exhibitor line-up closer to the dates.

Most stands work in Chinese and only some teams speak English. We arrange a Chinese interpreter in Shanghai: at the stands, in supplier negotiations and on factory visits.

Hotels near the venue sell out months ahead, so start planning well before 21–23 April 2027. Entry requires a visa: we explain the document requirements, and the Chinese consulate decides on issuance.
