Jinan IAIE 2027

The International Industrial Automation & Instrument Exhibition (IAIE Jinan) is an international exhibition of industrial automation, measurement and testing systems and instruments.

Dates: 1–4 March 2027. City: Jinan. Venue: Qingdao International Convention Center (QICC). Dates are set by the organizer and can be revised, so check them against the official source before booking travel.

Sectors: Industrial Engineering. The organizer publishes the full list of halls and the exhibitor line-up closer to the dates.

Most stands work in Chinese and only some teams speak English. We arrange a Chinese interpreter in Jinan: at the stands, in supplier negotiations and on factory visits.

Hotels near the venue sell out months ahead, so start planning well before 1–4 March 2027. Entry requires an M business visa: we handle it end to end in 10-14 days, including the invitation for the fair, without you visiting a consulate.
