About the Exhibition
Licensing Expo China, run by Informa Markets, is a global licensing event that connects owners and agents of influential entertainment, character, fashion, art and corporate-brand properties with consumer-goods manufacturers, licensees and retailers for effective business matchmaking. It is part of the world's leading licensing-show network, which also includes Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, Brand Licensing Europe in London and Licensing Expo Japan; the US edition is the world's oldest and largest brand-licensing show. Informa Markets is also the publisher of License Global, the industry's most influential publication.

Dates: 15–17 July 2026. City: Shanghai. Venue: National Exhibition Construction Center (NECC). Dates are set by the organizer and can be revised, so check them against the official source before booking travel.
Sectors: Fashion & Accessories. The organizer publishes the full list of halls and the exhibitor line-up closer to the dates.
Most stands work in Chinese and only some teams speak English. We arrange a Chinese interpreter in Shanghai: at the stands, in supplier negotiations and on factory visits.
Hotels near the venue sell out months ahead, so start planning well before 15–17 July 2026. Entry requires a visa: we explain the document requirements, and the Chinese consulate decides on issuance.
