Shanghai APPPEXPO 2027

APPPEXPO is the world's largest international exhibition of advertising and advertising equipment, held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). It draws more than 180,000 visitors from over 100 countries and around 2,000 exhibitors from more than 30 countries.

Dates: 3–6 March 2027. City: Shanghai. Venue: National Exhibition and Convention Center Shanghai (NECC). Dates are set by the organizer and can be revised, so check them against the official source before booking travel.

Most stands work in Chinese and only some teams speak English. We arrange a Chinese interpreter in Shanghai: at the stands, in supplier negotiations and on factory visits.

Hotels near the venue sell out months ahead, so start planning well before 3–6 March 2027. Entry requires an M business visa: we handle it end to end in 10-14 days, including the invitation for the fair, without you visiting a consulate.
